Beyond GDP — Civilizational KPIs

The ViSE Matrix is the measurement engine at the heart of the Great Indian Campus. Every program, project, and partnership is evaluated not on commercial ROI alone but against six civilizational dimensions.

Developed within the iViRTH Portfolio Codex (Yamini Parashar, Khemraj Sharma & Yatish Parashar), ViSE transforms abstract values like creative output, resilience, and societal harmony into concrete, trackable, real-time indicators.

ViSE Matrix

Six Vital Indicators

Each dimension tracks a distinct layer of civilizational health — from individual creative output to systemic resilience and planetary stewardship.

V1

Creative Output Index

Measures the volume, diversity, and civilizational depth of creative, intellectual, and knowledge production across all campus nodes.

V2

Resilience Quotient

Tracks structural robustness — how institutions, communities, and infrastructure respond and recover from disruption, scarcity, or crisis.

V3

Societal Harmony Score

Evaluates cohesion, inclusion, inter-cultural integration, and the reduction of conflict across demographic, geographic, and economic lines.

V4

Innovation Velocity

Quantifies the rate at which ideas move from concept to civilizational implementation — across research, startup, governance, and education layers.

V5

Ecological Stewardship

Monitors carbon footprint, waste-to-wealth cycles, water intelligence, and ecological regeneration against planetary boundaries.

V6

Cognitive Welfare Index

Assesses the collective mental, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing of learners, educators, and communities connected to the campus ecosystem.

The Three ViSE Layers

ViSER

Virtual Integrated Secondary Education / Research

The educational and research data layer — pulling indicators from learning outcomes, research publication velocity, and student progression across all six education zones.

ViSEN

Nervous System Infrastructure Networks

The connective data network — real-time IoT sensor feeds, phygital node performance, and inter-institutional communication health feeding into the ViSE dashboard.

ViSET

Technological Translation Layers

The technology output layer — measuring the speed and quality of converting research into deployable products, platforms, and enterprise solutions tracked against ViSE benchmarks.

ViSE & the Seven Spheres of Impact

Every ViSE indicator maps directly onto the Seven Spheres of Impact — Self, System, Society, Source, Seed, Synergy, and Stewardship — ensuring that no metric floats in isolation. The ViSE Matrix is the numerical expression of the Seven Spheres philosophy.

IIC, COE & Real-Time Tracking

IIC — Innovation & Incubation Cells

All IIC-recognised innovation cells within the TGIC ecosystem report performance data into the ViSE Matrix. Startups, incubatees, and sandbox projects are measured on ViSE-aligned KPIs rather than pure revenue metrics.

COE — Centres of Excellence

Each Centre of Excellence is benchmarked against ViSE-specific output targets. COE certification requires demonstrable improvement in at least three of the six vital indicators over a rolling 12-month window.

Real-Time Dashboard

The ViSE Dashboard aggregates data from all phygital campus nodes, IoT infrastructure, and institutional partners into a live civilizational health monitor accessible to authorised stakeholders via the iViRTH Platform.

Data Sovereignty & Helix Identity

All ViSE data collected from individuals remains under Helix Identity data sovereignty architecture — encrypted, user-controlled, and compliant with the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act 2000.
