Information you provide directly:

- Admission enquiries: name, email, phone, date of birth, program choice, institution
- Partnership requests: institution details, contact information, partnership preferences
- Newsletter subscriptions: email and optional name

3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries — to reply to contact and press messages

The iViRTH Platform (ivirth.com) operates under a Helix Identity architecture, where each user's data is stored in an encrypted, individually controlled data silo. 7. Data Retention
- Contact & enquiry records: retained for 3 years or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is later
- Admission enquiries: retained for 5 years (regulatory requirement)
- Partnership records: retained for 7 years (contractual and regulatory)
- Server logs (IP addresses): retained for 90 days then automatically purged
- Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe
8. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data held by us
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Grievance Redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer
- Withdrawal of Consent — withdraw consent for newsletter subscription at any time

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data including: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, CSRF token protection on all forms, input sanitisation and prepared statements (SQL injection prevention), rate limiting to prevent abuse, and session security controls. No system is 100% secure — please report any security concerns to security@ivirth.in.
10. Children's Privacy
The K-12 and Gurukul programs serve minors. When enrolling a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing consent and ensuring the accuracy of data submitted. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without explicit parental consent as required under the DPDP Act 2023.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of campus.ivirth.in after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
