• Contact & enquiry records: retained for 3 years or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is later
• Admission enquiries: retained for 5 years (regulatory requirement)
• Partnership records: retained for 7 years (contractual and regulatory)
• Server logs (IP addresses): retained for 90 days then automatically purged
• Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data held by us
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

No system is 100% secure — please report any security concerns to security@ivirth.in.

The K-12 and Gurukul programs serve minors. When enrolling a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing consent and ensuring the accuracy of data submitted. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without explicit parental consent as required under the DPDP Act 2023.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of campus.ivirth.in after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
