This notice explains how iViRTH, operating MTRX at campus.ivirth.in, handles information you give us when you make an enquiry.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: name, work email, institution, role, area of interest, project description and optional notes.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as pages requested.
- Anonymous measurements of button clicks and successful submissions. We do not send names, emails, message text or other direct identifiers to analytics.
What we do not want
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, secrets, confidential files or sensitive system details through public forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss fit and next steps.
- To route your enquiry to the right team.
- To keep appropriate business records of enquiries.
- To improve the website, using aggregate data only.
Sharing
We do not sell your details. We share them only with people and service providers who need them to handle your enquiry, under appropriate confidentiality, or where the law requires.
Access and retention
Enquiry records are accessible only to the team that handles them. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and related business records, and then delete or archive them.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry details, or ask a privacy question, through the contact form by choosing “Security or privacy question”.
WhatsApp and third-party links
If you choose to send an enquiry on WhatsApp, that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Links to other sites are outside our control.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date above.
