Sovereign Learning Network · Est. 2021
Bridging academia, industry, policy & heritage.
The Great Indian Campus gives higher-education institutions free, ready-to-teach curricula across cloud computing, AI/ML, deeptech engineering, technology policy, agritech and Indian humanities — plus the sovereign identity, spatial workspaces and mentorship network to deliver them.
The institution
One campus. Four disciplines. A sovereign backbone.
Modelled on the world's most effective academy-industry bridge and re-built for India, The Great Indian Campus unifies applied learning, sovereign digital identity, deeptech research and cultural innovation into a single ecosystem — operated by the Department of Vocational Studies and Professional Learning.
Institutions receive free, ready-to-teach coursework; educators receive enablement and publishing pathways; students receive hands-on labs, portable credentials and a direct line to employers, startups and VCs.
Institutional identity
Four foundational pillars
How the campus is built
Every program, engine and commons sits on one of four pillars — spanning school-age discovery to residential deeptech scholarship.
K-12 & Schools
Experiential learning, STEM discovery and foundational cognitive skill development for younger learners.
Professional & Executive Education
Interdisciplinary support integrating engineering, technology policy, startup incubation and leadership.
The Gurukul Paradigm
A residential learning model merging Indian Knowledge Systems with deeptech engineering and ethical governance.
Open Learning
Democratized, boundaryless digital education accessible across all 36+ Indian states and union territories.
Phase 1 curriculum
Four academic divisions
Each division is led by a founding mentor and anchors a distinct competency — colour-coded across the campus so learners always know which world they're in.

Shared spaces
The Commons
Beyond the LMS, every campus is built around nine shared commons — physical and spatial-digital rooms that give each division somewhere to build, perform, gather and play.
The platform beneath it
Sovereign identity. Spatial engines. Open IP.
campus.ivirth.in runs on five infrastructure layers — from the academic LMS to Helix, the OIDC-compliant sovereign identity engine behind every learner's biometric Netra ID.
